This test application shows voice recognition through-the-browser in Flash. It is a beta demo - basically functional but with a couple of rough edges.
From the main menu (four red rectangles marked 1-4)--
Click 1 to select full American Football team names as vocabulary. Examples are (AFC East) New England Patriots, Miami Dolphins, Buffalo Bills, New York Jets.
Click 2 to select short (one word) American Football team names as vocabulary. Examples are (AFC West) Broncos, Chiefs, Raiders, Chargers.
Click 3 to select yes/no/I don't know.
Click 4 to select left, right, up, down, center.
Hold the microphone button down, speak and release to speak. Say "quit" to pause the test application.
During the preload test ONE TIME ONLY you will see the time it takes to pull the 536k media file. Thereafter, the much reduced time is just the time it takes for your computer to verify that it already pulled that file succesfully!
